Please complete the Booking Request form below to initiate PEEC's booking process. All bookings are subject to our program booking terms and conditions.

You will need to complete a separate booking form for each program* your school will be attending.

* This online booking form is only for use with our Storythread Programs and our Student Leadership Day excursion. To express interest in booking any of our other Specialist Programs, you will need to submit an Expression of Interest via the program page, or contact our office for further information. Most of these Specialist Programs can be booked by demand, subject to space and teacher availabilty. Each of the Specialist Program information pages indicates whether they are available throughout the year or only in particular terms (due to seasonal or access considerations).

Privacy statement

The Department of Education through Pullenvale Environmental Education Centre is collecting personal information in accordance with the Education (General Provisions) Act 2006 in order to arrange bookings. The information will only be accessed by employees of the Department of Education. The information will not be given to any other person or agency unless prior consent is obtained.

Please cross reference and identify any whole-school or year level activity dates that fall within your selected program's available booking period (e.g. sporting or cultural events) so that we can avoid allocating these dates to your booking.

Additional notes

Any other details that may affect allocation of dates for your booking e.g. you will be booking for another yr level / program available during the same period and would prefer aligned dates to enable bus sharing.
